  • Identity Data: Full Name, Student ID number, and profile details.
  • Contact Details: WhatsApp number, active Email address, and campus preferences (Lahore, Sadiqabad, Daharki, or Online).
  • Academic & Assessment Records: Batch allocation, exam submissions, attendance logs, and trading journal metrics.
2. How We Use Your Data

We utilize student information exclusively for institutional and educational operations:

  • To provision secure access to the student dashboard, live learning rooms, and batch group chats.
  • To notify candidates of class timetables, fee payment schedules, and examination windows.
  • To maintain academic ledgers and generate verified distinction certificates.
  • We do NOT sell, rent, or trade student data with third-party telemarketers or external financial advertisers.
3. Data Security & Storage

Student account credentials and password hashes are protected using robust cryptographic standards (`bcrypt/PASSWORD_DEFAULT`). All portal sessions are encrypted via HTTPS SSL certificates to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Educational Nature of Services (No Fund Management)

NFX Financial Academy does not operate as an asset manager, broker-dealer, or investment fund. Academy staff, instructors, and community administrators will never solicit deposits or offer trading pooling services. Any individual claiming to collect funds on behalf of NFX Financial Academy for trading investments should be reported immediately.

5. External Charting & Tools

Our portal provides integrations with third-party tools such as TradingView, position size calculators, and market calendars. These tools are provided strictly for educational technical analysis. NFX is not responsible for the privacy practices of external charting vendors.
