By accessing or using nFx Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

nFx Pro provides trading signals, market analysis, and educational content for Forex, Crypto, Gold, and Indices markets. Our signals are generated by professional analysts and are intended for informational purposes only. We do not execute trades on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited.

All subscription fees are clearly displayed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed manually via the supported payment methods (Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallets). Subscriptions are activated upon successful payment verification. Subscription duration begins from the date of activation.

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our trading signals, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided. In exceptional circumstances involving technical issues preventing access, contact support for review on a case-by-case basis.

Users must not redistribute, resell, or share VIP signals or content. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on nFx Pro, including signals, analysis, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of nFx Pro. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

VIP Telegram group access is granted only to active subscribers. Access is automatically revoked upon subscription expiration. Sharing the invite link or any VIP content from the group is strictly prohibited.

nFx Pro is not liable for any financial losses incurred from following our signals. Trading involves significant risk and past performance is not indicative of future results. Our signals are not financial advice — you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

These terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
